CT-RTC WORKING GROUP  (Established by Public Act 21-34)

Connecticut Right to Counsel (CT-RTC) came out of a grassroots legislative campaign backed by more than 40 community organizations during the 2020 legislative session. The campaign occurred at a time in the pandemic when tens of thousands of Connecticut residents were behind on rent.
